Panda Gifts offers a Pre Order option on a huge range of exclusive and new collectibles prior to their release date. Release/arrival dates are an estimate only and are subject to change without notice.

We offer Pre Order on a select range of products including Jim Shore Disney Traditions, Disney Showcase, Disney By Britto, Edge Sculptures and more.

Most Pre Order products can be purchased either in full at the time of order, or by using the partial payment option which requires a 10% (appx) deposit with the balance payable when we receive the item in stock. Cleared payment in full is required before any product is shipped.

Customers will receive an email when their item(s) are in stock and ready for shipping. If partial payment has been selected at the time of purchase, the customer will be required to follow the link to finalise payment for their order. Orders must be paid in full before they are dispatched. Orders must be paid in full within 21 days of notification their items are in stock.

* Deposits/partial payments on orders are non-refundable, unless arrival dates change and a request is made by email, or as otherwise agreed by Panda Gifts. A refund will be made if stock becomes unavailable to us.

* Not all items will be offered for Pre Order. Not all Pre Order items will be eligible for partial payment deposit. Purchase limits may apply to some items.
